Appointments
New clients should arrive 10 minutes before treatment to allow for completion of client record card. It is advisable to wear loose clothing for body treatments and for use of the Toning Tables. Alcohol should not be consumed before treatments.
Reservations
On booking we will ask for card details to secure your appointment. We accept all major credit & debit cards. Group bookings will be charged 50% in advance of Treatment.
Cancellations
If possible, please give at least 48hrs notice should you wish to cancel an appointment as a courtesy to both our other clients and our therapists. Appointments cancelled in under 48 hrs will be charged at 50% of the treatment price. Cancellations in less than 24hrs and missed appointments will be charged at the full treatment price.
